تم تنفيذ برنامج (القراءة المعبرة) بمركز مصادر التعلم بمتوسطة عثمان بن عفان حسب تعميم ادارة التربية والتعليم – النشاط الثقافي حيث يعتبر برنامج القراءة المعبرة من البرامج الادبية التي تهتم بتفعيل هواية القراءة والمطالعة وتنميتها وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من مركز
مصادر التعلم بالمدرسة والكتب المتوفرة فيها
حيث بدأ البرنامج بــ
مرحلة استقبال الطلاب
مرحلة اختبار الكتاب
مرحلة التعبير عن الكتاب
مرحلة توزيع الهدايا

وذلك بحضور مدير المدرسة الاستاذ / حسن محمد بن صغير العروي

ووكيل المدرسة عبدالاله الحربي

والمرشد الطلابي يحي ابو طالب

ومشرف النشاط الثقافي خالد المقاطي

ورائد النشاط حاتم الحربي

والاستاذ صالح حداد
